Through the quote request form, we only collect the information you provide:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Project address
• Reason for your request
• Any additional details you provide (optional)

Purpose & legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your request and prepare a quote. Processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Recipients

Your information is intended for the company team. Form messages are delivered through Web3Forms, a technical form-delivery provider acting as a processor that does not reuse your data.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted within a reasonable time (at most 3 years from the last contact).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, write to contact@lescompagnonscmt.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site uses no advertising tracking cookies or marketing trackers. The Contact page embeds an OpenStreetMap map, whose display sends your IP address to the OpenStreetMap server, with no tracking cookie. The home page displays our Google reviews through the Elfsight widget (elfsight.com): loading it sends your IP address to Elfsight’s and Google’s servers, which act as third-party providers. No other browsing data is used for commercial purposes.
